Our Story

Our story begins with a woman whose love for her olive trees shaped her entire life: my grandmother, whose name I proudly carry. For her, these trees were more than a source of harvest — they were part of the family. She nurtured and cared for them until her very last days, treating each season’s harvest as a celebration of nature, tradition, and togetherness.

These olive trees have been passed down through generations, providing our ancestors with a foundation for a good and honest life. Their roots run deep — not only in the soil of the Greek landscape but also in the history of our family.

When my grandmother passed away at the age of 94, we faced a difficult decision: Should we let go of a tradition that had shaped our family for more than a century, simply because we no longer lived nearby? Or should we find a way to preserve this legacy?

We chose heart over convenience.

My father continues the harvest today with the same dedication my grandmother once poured into every tree. And as a family, we work together to ensure that this heritage lives on — by bringing this olive oil to people who value authenticity, purity, and story.

This is how Artisan Flavours was born: a project rooted in love, tradition, and respect for where we come from. Our olive oil is a natural product of exceptional quality — a piece of our family history that we are proud to share with you.
