RETURN POLICY

Returns are only possible if a return is reported within the specified return period of 14 days. After this notification, you as the customer have another 14 days to actually return the item.
The return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Both the costs and the risk of shipping are your responsibility when returning an item.
Please return all items you wish to send back in one single shipment to ensure that your return can be processed quickly.
We only accept returns if they are sent back in their original condition, including labels and packaging. Damaged, opened and/or used items will be refused and returned to you.
